位於伯內特廣場2號的審計大樓由伯尼·伯內特為聯邦工程部設計，這棟B型建築於1938年建成。
1974年，特雷西颶風對建築物造成了嚴重破壞，其內部結構也進行了改造。
審計大樓目前主要用作澳洲國家信託基金會（北領地）的總部和行政中心。審計大樓及其場地可供私人活動租用，例如婚禮、展覽等。
