生日水坑 (Birthday Waterhole) 是位於喬裡查/西麥克唐納國家公園 (Tjoritja/West MacDonnell National Park) 休河 (Hugh River) 上的半永久性水池。
它也是全長 231 公里的拉拉平塔步道 (Larapinta Trail) 第 4 段和第 5 段的入口，從愛麗斯泉 (Alice Springs) 延伸至桑德山 (Mt Sonder)。
