南岩洞 (Southern Rockhole) 是位於溫多夫 (Windolf) 步道上的一個季節性瀑布。
從尼特米魯克中心 (Nitmiluk Centre) 出發，單程步行約 4 公里即可到達岩洞；您也可以從遊客中心乘坐渡輪，沿著短短但崎嶇的步道步行。沿途可以欣賞瀑布和周圍砂岩懸崖的壯麗景色。
瀑佈在旱季乾涸較早，僅在季節性開放游泳。
步道難度為 3 級（中）。步道部分路段崎嶇陡峭，建議您具備一定的叢林健行經驗。
