這個面積雖小卻景色迷人的公園擁有豐富多樣的地貌，包括砂岩山脊和類似「邦格爾邦格爾」的地形。
2公里長的古蘭達林步道蜿蜒穿過雕琢般的砂岩，沿途風光旖旎，令人目不暇給。公園北端的賈內姆步道提供一條7公里長的環形步道，可分成兩條較短的往返路線。賈內姆觀景台步道在清晨或傍晚柔和的陽光下特別美麗。
園區內有兩個露營地，均配有木柴烤肉架和飲用水。露營需付費，所有營位均需提前線上預訂，因為園區內沒有手機訊號。
基普河國家公園位於米里翁人和加吉拉本人的傳統領地內。賈內姆的朗格爾比（尼格利峽谷）展示了該地區典型的岩畫，而金傑山和賈內姆附近的其他遺址則展現了原住民傳統文化的方方面面。
通往公園的未鋪設路面可能崎嶇不平，由於洪水，每年11月至隔年4月期間可能無法通行。出發前請務必查詢路況。
