Lot 1098 上的審計屋（B 型修正）由聯邦政府（可能是 Wilfred Haslam）設計，其他三棟房屋由 BCG Burnett 設計。位於 Lot 1099 的伯內特住宅（K 型）是該區域唯一的兩層住宅。 Lot 1100 上的房屋於 1974 年在颶風特雷西中被摧毀，該地點仍未開發。地塊 1101 和 1102 上的另外兩棟房屋是 E 型住宅。
