The Crystal Falls area features a mass of rock pools, rapids and small cascades that fall away into a spectacular waterfall.
The area can only be reached by walking the iconic Jatbula Trail. Located within Nitmiluk National Park this 62 kilometre one way trail from Nitmiluk Gorge to Leliyn (Edith Falls), takes between four to five days to complete. Bookings are essential.
Crystal Falls is the second campsite reached on the trail. The falls are fed by nearby swamps and springs and flow year round. Toilets and an Emergency Call Device (ECD) are located close to campsite.
This highly popular walk needs to be booked online well in advance and numbers are limited. Walking and camping fees apply.
