Sweetwater Pool can be reached by a short day walk from Leliyn / Edith Falls and features many pools to choose from to cool off and catch the stunning reflections across the still waters.
The walk is 4.3 kilometres one way (8.6 km return trip).
It is also the last campsite reached along the iconic Jatbula Trail, a 62 kilometre bushwalking trail in Nitmiluk National Park that starts at the Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge and finishes at Leliyn / Edith Falls. The Sweetwater Pool campsites have toilets and an Emergency Call Device (ECD) located close by.
The Jatbula Trail is a highly popular walk and it is advisable to book online well ahead of your visit.
